To be eligible to participate, the student must be age four (4) before September 1, 2023.

The following documents will need to be uploaded with this application. Forms will not be accepted without the following information:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Immunization Records

3. (2) Two Proofs of Residency

Applicants may apply online or at the elementary office. Starting February 28, 2023

All information will be verified and authenticated. Please remit information as required to avoid processing delays. Applicants will be notified of their status by formal correspondence.
